    Description

    For the vintage postcard collector . . .  a patriotic card with medals ogainst a shield.  IAPC.
    Sure looks like the art of Ellen H. Clapsaddle, although unsigned.
    Printed in Germany.
    Used but unposted!
    Look better in person as my flash washes out the photos and shows every flaw.
