Shipping Policy
Shipments are made with express courier, the shipment is traceable online in real time. For the shipments we use the best courriers available locally. The shipment is made after the payment is received.
We don't ship to PO BOX or Postal boxes.
Some places in the world are considered out of zone by courier, and therefore have extra shipping cost. The cost is updated at the moment of the creation of the shipment, we can't know which are the places (example: some city in Russia, Est Europe, Australia, South America, different islands.) The price will be communicated by message.
The information must be written in English characters. The shipment outside the European Union may require an extra charge upon delivery to cover the import customs fee set in your country.
Any orders placed after 17:00pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).
Return Policy
You have maximum 14 days from the receiving of the item, to return it.
The product must be intact, undamaged, unused or washed, and with the original label.
Before making any action write us an email explaining the problem and wait for our answer.
The shipment cost for the return of the package are in the charge of the buyer.
It's essential to send back the package via a traceable and verifiable shipping with a tracking number. If the shipment is not tracable we don't respond in case of problems with it. We advise you to use an espresso courier.
NWe're not responsable of the damaged caused by the carrier during the return shipping from your home to our warehouse, or the delays for the delivery or other problems. For this kind of problems it's your responsability to provide us informations and resolutions.
It's mandatory to return the receipt otherwise the refund can't be issued.
