Has basic features of  01 03 09 10 and 23, nothing fancy or difficult. Includes speaker, mic,  a system (or if requested SCAN version) head and control cable. This series is capable of wide or narrow band - user selectable, and analog or P25 as well as trunked or conventional. Last programmed with RPM10b. Again this radio is basic features only though easily upgradeable to P25 and / or trunking. No power harness or brackets included with possible exception of speaker bracket.
