Gingher spring-action, knife-edge, 4 1/2" thread nippers / snips.  Comes with nice storage box with Gingher label and has a small plastic ring to keep the snips closed.
Condition - excellent - never used, with slight scratches due to storage.  From smoke and pet free home.
