The Finberg Manufacturing Company was headquartered in Attleboro, Mass. They were quite prolific and made gold filled jewelry like lockets and bangle bracelets in the styles of the era. Much of what I've seen is Victorian, Edwardian or Art Deco era pieces.
This looks to be a very old angle holding a star with a tiny diamond ,    FM 1979 on the back so 42 years old
I did not get this tested to see if it was gold or gold filled. no marking on it
