43 pages.  The center page has come away from the staples.  All other pages are intact.
Covers show soiling and bumped edges and corners.  Also wear from storage.  Covers have been folded at some point.  Slight stains to the back cover and a few inside pages in the back.
Not bad for 78 years old!!
