Description
Here's a wonderful old patriotic advertising postcard of The Colonial Flag behind a pretty lady and spinning wheel. She is likely meant to be Betsy Ross. It was postmarked in 1910 and is advertising for The Colonial Life Insurance Co. of America. The Colonial policy, the the Nation's Flag, is the emblem of independence and protection. There are a couple little corner bends, a little postal ink on the front and a vertical bend running down through the center of the card making it just fair to maybe poor condition. The lucky winner pays
.50
shipping for 1 to up to 12 postcards
in the US
for purchases made within a single week.
These will be sent in an envelope with cardboard.
13 to 35 postcards ship for
.75
.
They will be in a bubble envelope package using eBay labels with tracking.
I used to send all the cards that way, but changes the USPS just made, have made it cost as much to send 1 card that way as to send the 35.
So, for the purchases of smaller quantity, I have changed the way I mail them.
These purchases need to be paid in one Paypal payment, so wait to pay until you are finished bidding at the end of the week ? at which time, I will send you an invoice for all your wins with combined shipping.
If you have wins of larger amounts of postcards, or if you are an international buyer of combined wins, make sure and wait to pay until I can weigh the package to get the correct cost for you!
I try to ship within 24 to 48 hours of your payment. Thank you and GOOD LUCK!!
