All honey is “Cold Processed” from the extraction of the honey in the frames to the packaging. When honey is processed “cold” everything in the honey is preserved, and the honey remains living. This does cause the honey to cost more, but it is well worth the benefits you receive from it.

Where does our Honey come from?
BLACKBERRY HONEY
-Western Washington
All natural, raw Blackberry honey from Western Washington. This wonderful Blackberry honey has a subtle berry taste. Some would say it compares with Fireweed and Snowberry honey. The Pacific Northwest produces some of the best honey in the world. We are so lucky to have it at our fingertips. Blackberry honey is light and sweet, the perfect honey to compliment your favorite hot beverage, pastry or baking goods.
BUCKWHEAT HONEY-
Eastern Washington
Buckwheat honey is a highly nutritious honey made by the bees that collect nectar form Buckwheat flowers. Buckwheat honey isn't as sweet as
traditional honey. It is a dark-colored honey that has a spicy malt flavor and an aftertaste that is reminiscent of molasses. It is packed full of vitamins, minerals, polyphenols and antioxidants. Buckwheat honey is considered a premier healthy food. Many studies have shown the benefits of honey. Buckwheat honey in particular has been shown to have several benefits, such as: Boosting Antioxidants, Wound Care, Skin Care, Aiding in stopping DNA mutations, Reducing Cholesterol, and Soothing Cough to name a few.
SNOWBERRY HONEY
North Eastern Washington
A lush mix of the Snowberry’s delicate pink blossoms and other native flowers give this extraordinary honey a complex sweetness. It is truly a mountain honey away from major agriculture. At times the bears like to treat themselves to it, it’s so good! Snowberry honey is one of our most popular honeys. This year’s crop is extremely light in color partly because we now process all of our honey cold, and the Snowberry blossoms were plentiful due to the high moisture in the region.
It can used on the table, to bake with and preforms quite well in making mead, craft beers or blended with a rich Whiskey.
WILDFLOWER HONEY-
Dark Amber-Central Washington
Wildflower honey also known as a multi flora honey is derived from numerous floral sources within Central Washington. Each year brings us a new wonderful flavored honey. Some of the flowers include—Clover, Mint, Alfalfa, Dandelions, Lavender, Russian sage, and Knapweed to name a few. It is a dark amber, hearty honey with robust flavor. It is packed full of anti-oxidants, pollen, minerals and vitamins. You can use it to bake, put a biscuit or make a wonderful beer with it
WILDFLOWER HONEY-
Light Amber-South Eastern Washington
Wildflower honey also known as a multi flora honey is derived from numerous floral sources within South Eastern Washington. Each year brings us a new wonderful flavored honey. Some of the flowers include—Star Thistle, Clover, Vetch, Dandelion, Alfalfa and Knapweed to name a few. It is light and sweet and blended by the bees to perfection. Perfect for tea, pancakes, or just a burst of energy!
“Now it's the bee... Gees! Bees are now endangered species... Without them life won't be sweet!”

I've been a huge fan of honey for as long as I can remember. I have tried honey from numerous places here in the USA and from other countries. For the last 10 years I have been a die hard fan of Sourwood Honey from Georgia, but after one taste of that luscious thick Snowberry Honey I am hooked I honestly can say that your Snowberry Honey outshines the Sourwood. I just want to thank your family and your bees for the great honey.
Thank you

Thanks. I actually decided to go with the two gallons since I like the snowberry so much, and it lowers the cost per gallon a bit. That snowberry honey is the best honey I have ever tasted, and I have tasted quite a few from many sellers.

Fabulous honey - both the Wildflower and the Snowberry are delicious! The Wildflower is a darker, thicker honey, while the Snowberry is lighter and more delicate in flavor. I love them both! Customer service here is out of this world, fabulous! Very nice people! Also don’t forget the Huckleberry, Cinnamon and plain creamed honeys! Yum!
